To book Forventure Rentals for your event, simply fill out our booking form and provide us with your event details. We will respond within 24 hours to schedule a consultation and discuss your needs and vision for the event.
Yes in order to reserve the event day, a deposit of $150 and a signed contract must be provided at the time of booking.
In the event of rain before the setup, we will collaborate with you to find solutions. If it is not possible to set up indoors, we will attempt to reschedule the event if another date is available.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible at ForventureRentals@gmail.com . Cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 5-7 days prior to the event will receive a refund, except for the deposit. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 2 days before the event, but the event date can be rescheduled with Forventure Rentals LLC if a future date is available and within the calendar year.
We work with a wide range of venues including hotels, private venues, your home, outdoor spaces, and more. If you plan to set up at a park, you must contact the park in advance to determine their requirements.
We offer indoor and outdoor as long as the weather and ground permits. It is essential to have a shaded area or suitable cover such as a canopy tent or pavilion, as direct sunlight may cause the equipment to become hot. If the temperature is more than 85 degrees a tent will be required. You may rent one at an additional charge.
Our equipment is thoroughly sanitized and disinfected before and after each booking.
If you are booking within a 15 mile radius from the zip code 32038 there is no delivery fee. If you are out of the 15 mile radius there will be a delivery fee included.
